Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Old Crooked Path. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Because many of our products are seasonal, botanical, handmade, limited-quantity, or personal-use items, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or change of mind unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

To request assistance with a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Please do not return any item without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

The Old Crooked Path reserves the right to refuse refunds where items have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned outside the approved process.
