Shipping Policy

The Old Crooked Path currently ships within the United States only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the available carrier service, package weight, destination, and other applicable shipping factors.

Orders of $85 or more may qualify for free standard shipping when offered at checkout.

We make every effort to prepare and ship orders promptly. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, service disruptions, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. The Old Crooked Path is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied at checkout.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal, or unsuccessful delivery, additional shipping charges may apply if the order is resent.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the package and damaged item so we can assist you.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
